Foster City: Suspects arrested in attempted spoliation during Edgewater Place Shopping Center

FOSTER CITY — A 21-year-old Belmont masculine and a 17-year-old Foster City child have been arrested in tie with a attempted spoliation of a lady final month during a Edgewater Place Shopping Center.

The attempted spoliation was reported around 12:40 p.m. on Jan. 29 during a selling core in a 900 retard of Edgewater Boulevard.

The womanlike plant told Foster City military she had been sitting in her parked car when a masculine think approached her window and demanded her property. The 17-year-old think was arrested Feb. 1 and Mateo on Feb. 3. The former was requisitioned into a Youth Services Center in San Mateo on charges of attempted spoliation and swindling and a latter into a Maguire Correctional Center in Redwood City on charges of attempted robbery, swindling and contributing to a evasion of a minor.
